At Mi-Silla, we are committed to our customers satisfaction.

Every product that was sold on our website is fully guaranteed. If there is any technical issue or any type of problem, we are committed to solve the issue to perfection by the quickest way possible.

Free Return Guarantee.

Warrantee service in case you may change your mind.

Under the Free Return Grarantee We accept returns for any reason. If you don’t want to keep the item, the “free return” guarantee could be activated within 14 days from the delivery date, in exchange for a full refund on the returned goods (Item must be returned in new, uninstalled condition and with the original packaging).

Shipping fees are non-refundable

A Guide to Returning and Obtaining Refunds

  • Contact us by email – ben@mi-silla.com Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return.
  • Attach Photograph(s) and explain the reason for your return, in case of quality problems.
  • We offer a solution within up to 48 hours
    Once we receive your email, we will offer considerate and specific suggestion and steps about return.
  • Inspect attached Photograph(s) or Returned item(s)
    Upon return, the item(s) are inspected.
  • Offer the Refund
    Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

EXCEPTIONS – We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have not been insured by “Free Return Guarantee”
  • Products that are not in the original condition and packaging they have been delivered at.
  • Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Specific Order to your specifications.
  • Light bulbs

Please note: A mirror is a fragile product, we do everything to secure it. Sometimes, events that are beyond our control make it impossible to guarantee. If it arrived and got damaged during transportation, we send the required part or replace the entire set immediately. Whatever the issue is, you can contact us for help anytime.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

After payment processing, your order will be refunded with 10% cancellation fee, if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at ben@mi-silla.com if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 25% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
